2026-2027 Pre-K Registration

Pre-K Pre-registration is now open! After registering, you’ll get an email to submit residency documents by March 1 to be entered into a random drawing. The drawing will be held on March 6th at 1:00 P.M. in the OBES library.

Pre-K Pre-Registration Link

Enrollment qualifications are as follows:

  1. The student must turn four years old on or before September 1, 2026.
  2. The student must be a resident of the City of Orange Beach or the child of an Orange Beach Board of Education employee.
  3. The student must be potty-trained.

To apply for Pre-K, you will need to upload the following documents:

  • Certified Birth Certificate of your child
  • Two (2) Proofs of Residency:
    1. A current utility bill (electric, water, gas) in the name of the parent/legal guardian showing the address.
    2. A mortgage statement or lease agreement in the name of the parent/legal guardian showing the address.

If selected during the random drawing on March 6th, you’ll be asked to provide a current immunization record and complete the PowerSchool enrollment process required by Orange Beach Elementary School.

Please note that Pre-K students are not eligible to ride the bus.
