Each of the Following Documents are Needed for Registration: (These can be brought to the school or emailed to the Registrar at kmesser@obcityschools.org)
- Two Proofs of Residency for Orange Beach Address - Acceptable documents are:
a. Lease/Mortgage Agreement
b. Lease/Mortgage Insurance Statement
c. Utility Bill (Water, Gas, Cable or Satellite, Sewage/Waste)
d. Auto Insurance Declaration Page
e. Current Social Security or Government Assistance Statement
- Parent/Guardian Photo Identification (This must be brought to the school.)
- Copy of Student's Birth Certificate
- Copy of Student's Social Security Card
- Immunizations for Student
- Any Divorce/Custody Documents, if applicable
- Previous School Withdrawal Paperwork
- Copy of Transcript or Last Report Card - We must have this before scheduling the student for classes.
